22gk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 22gk and its members.

2 Account Registration

22gk reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
3 Age & Eligibility
22gk is a platform for adults only — that is, users aged 18 and above.
- No person under the age of 18 may register an account or play on 22gk.
- A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for age verification.
- If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access this platform.
Warning: Creating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor access may be considered a criminal offense.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
The rules governing financial transactions on 22gk are as follows:
- BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- The deposit must match the identity of the account holder — deposits made through third parties are prohibited.
- For suspicious transactions, 22gk may request additional documentation for verification.
- Any fraudulent transaction detected will result in immediate account suspension.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated in advance.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
22gk offers various bonuses and promotions. The general terms and conditions that apply to these are:
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members and applies to the first deposit only.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address or device is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
- Free spin bonuses are valid on specific games only — eligible games will be listed in the bonus details.
- 22gk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Please Note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
6 Gaming Rules
Each game on 22gk has its own rules. However, the general gaming principles are:
- All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete fairness and verifiability.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded where applicable.
- The use of software tools or bots in any game is strictly prohibited.
- If your internet connection drops during a gaming session, the game will attempt to resume from the point of disconnection.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22gk:
- Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
- Stealing account credentials from other members or harassing them.
- Attempting to gain an unfair or corrupt advantage in any game.
- Filing false chargeback or refund claims.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform.
Consequences: Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
22gk reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Upon any evidence of a terms and conditions violation.
- Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
- Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.
